BREAD PLANT SOLUTIONS

We provide customised baking solutions for complete makeup lines and industrial bread production lines, ideal for producing small rolled bread, long loaves, baguettes, tin bread, and more. Our systems offer precise control, flexibility in dough types, and adjustable weight settings, ensuring consistency and efficiency in high-volume bakery environments.

Makeup Line Options

We offer three specialised configurations to meet different production needs:

1. COMPACT Makeup Line

  • Designed without a rounder

  • Divider is equipped with a pre-rounder bar

  • Ideal for bakeries requiring efficiency with reduced equipment footprint

2. STANDARD Makeup Line

  • Includes everything in the COMPACT solution

  • Adds a rounder (available in conical or band type)

  • Best for bakeries producing a wide variety of dough shapes

3. PREMIUM Makeup Line

  • Includes everything in the STANDARD solution

  • Adds an automatic tray loading device

  • Perfect for high-capacity, automated industrial production

Proofing Systems

We offer both dynamic and static proofing systems to match your production requirements:

  • Dynamic (pocket-based) proofers

  • Static (tray-based) proofers

These systems support variable proofing times and can process 20, 30, or 40 pieces per minute, ensuring optimal dough development and production efficiency.

Great variety of proovers sizes from 190, 274, 358, 442 and 526 pockets, the plant can produce up to 2400 pieces per hour up to 2.500 grams.

Great variety of volumetric dividers with vaacum system suitable to work soft or medium soft dough containing minimum 55% of water
