BREAD PLANT SOLUTIONS

We provides customized baking solutions for complete makeup lines and industrial bread lines for the production of small rolled bread, long loaves, baguettes and tin bread.

We offer precision control and flexibility regarding weights and types of dough, for this we offer 3 different makeup setup:

  • The COMPACT makeup line omits the rounder. In this case, the divider comes equipped with a pre-rounder bar.
  • The STANDARD makeup line is made by the COMPACT solution plus the rounder (conical or band type).
  • The PREMIUM makeup line is made by the STANDARD solution, plus an automatic tray loading device.
  • DYNAMIC & STATIC proofing systems that can be configured as a pocket based (dynamic) or tray based (static) solution. Variable Proofing Times for processing 20, 30, and 40 pieces/min.

Great variety of proovers sizes from 190, 274, 358, 442 and 526 pockets, the plant can produce up to 2400 pieces per hour up to 2.500 grams.

Great variety of volumetric dividers with vaacum system suitable to work soft or medium soft dough containing minimum 55% of water
